When can I expect it to arrive?

With some products, mostly scarves, they will ship from Australia, whereas all other products ship from the U.S. or Canada.

All products, except scarves come with tracking. If you want tracking with a scarf, you must select it.

Order from the US. are sent usually by UPS and FedEx.

 

Scarves can be sent with 1 business day whereas other products vary as they are made to order.

Scarves - take 9 to 15 business days to ship to Europe and the U.S.

Pillows/cushions take a week to make then 6 to 10 days for delivery.

Note: Velvet pillows and cushions take longer to make so allow 3 to 4 weeks in total.

What is your return policy?

I love to create beautiful products that you will love for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me through contact form so that we can find a solution. Our customers are important to us, and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase. Send back your item within 14 days of receipt and it can be replaced, or returned for a full refund. All merchandise should be in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable. Please be sure to get a tracking # for your return to ensure that it arrives on time.
